1.3 Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for: (a) responding to project inquiries, (b) delivering contracted creative and development services, (c) fulfilling statutory tax and invoicing obligations, and (d) ensuring platform security. We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party brokers.

1.6 Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years to comply with Spanish tax record-keeping obligations.

2.1 Scope of Services

DesignCraftiX provides UI/UX design, creative direction, motion design, responsive web development, brand identity, and design token architecture services. All services are delivered as described in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) executed between DesignCraftiX and the client.

2.2 Intellectual Property

Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, DesignCraftiX irrevocably transfers all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables, including source code, design files, brand assets, and digital assets, directly to the Client. No recurring license fees apply.

2.3 Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. All prices are quoted in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.4 Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines are provided at the start of each engagement and are subject to client feedback responsiveness. Delays in client feedback exceeding 5 business days may result in timeline adjustments. DesignCraftiX commits to maintaining transparent communication regarding any schedule changes.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

DesignCraftiX's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

3.1 Types of Cookies Used

DesignCraftiX uses only strictly necessary functional cookies required for site operation and security. These include session cookies for navigation and localStorage for cookie consent preferences.

3.2 No Tracking Cookies

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies. No user behavior is tracked, profiled, or sold to third parties.

3.3 Cookie Consent

Upon your first visit, a cookie consent banner is displayed. You may dismiss this banner at any time by clicking the acceptance button. Your consent preference is stored in localStorage and persists across sessions. You may clear this preference by clearing your browser's local storage.

3.4 Third-Party Embedded Content

Our contact page may embed Google Maps for location reference. Google may collect usage data when the map iframe is loaded. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy for details on their data practices.

4.1 Full Refund

Clients may request a full refund of any deposit paid within 14 calendar days of the deposit date, provided that no substantive design or development work has commenced. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

4.2 Partial Refund

If work has commenced but the project has not been completed, DesignCraftiX will issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered scope. The delivered portion of the work and associated IP remain with the client.

4.3 Completed Projects

Once a project has been delivered and accepted, refunds are not available unless the deliverables materially deviate from the agreed Statement of Work. Disputes regarding deliverable quality will be handled through a good-faith remediation process.

4.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. DesignCraftiX reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative costs from the refund amount where applicable.
